India is a land of traditions, Vedas, unity in diversity and many more. Presently the more concerning and worrying fact is it’s very densely populated with great need to increase pace of infrastructure development rate. Here, daily Commutation and most of the goods transportation viz. logistic services are mainly dependent on road ways especially those involving intercity travel. Also most of the villages are connected only through roads. But this road transport itself is becoming a problem with increased traffic jams as well as increased time to clear those jams . The present article tries to put-up some of the views on this area of emerging problem to the readers.
